We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please share a photo with us within 48 hours of receipt and our team will help you.
